Subsection (d) of section 7 of chapter 150E of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “pursuant to section ninety-seven A of chapter forty-one or” the following words:- “of the colonel of the state police pursuant to chapter 22C of the general laws”.
