Section 85K of chapter 231 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the limitations on liability provided by this section shall not apply to any cause or action arising out of the sexual abuse.
