SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or by-law to the contrary, all acts and proceedings taken by the Town of Cheshire preceding and related to the August 12, 2024 Special Election and all actions taken pursuant thereto are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed notwithstanding any omissions in procedure or process with respect to the posting of the Special Election Warrant and related voter information. SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
