Chapter 370 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby amended by adding the following section: Section 11 Notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special law to the contrary, students enrolled in a school choice program, as established by section 12B of chapter 76 of the Massachusetts General Laws, may enroll in a virtual school operated by the accepting school district.
