Section 89 of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following after the second paragraph of subsection (dd) : The board shall also consider evidence of inequitable disciplinary practices and culturally insensitive policies. The board may also consider any other relative information that in its judgement negatively impacts students outcomes.
