SECTION 1. Section 30D of chapter 266 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 14, after the word “years” the following language:- or incarceration in the house of correction for not more than 2 ½ years. SECTION 2. Said section 30D of said chapter 266 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by inserting, in line 25, after the word “years” the following language: or incarceration in the house of correction for not more than 2 ½ years. SECTION 3. Section 26 of chapter 218 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 20, after the word “thirty” the following words:- thirty D.
