SECTION 1. Chapter 131 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking, in line number 41, the following words “or has an intellectual disability” and inserting in place thereof the words- “, has an intellectual disability or has reached the age of 60.” SECTION 2. This act shall come into effect upon passage.
