Section 1C of chapter 69 of the General Laws, as most recently amended by section 18 of chapter 77 of the acts of 2023, is hereby further amended by adding the following subsection:- (c) Any city, town or regional school district that accepts this subsection may create a program in partnership with local farmers to provide locally grown produce for school breakfast and school lunch.
