An Act providing for a red shield/blue shield license plate to survivors of firefighters and police officers who have died in the line of duty, the official text

	Section 2 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after paragraph twenty, the following paragraph:-
	The registrar shall furnish without charge to the owner of a private passenger motor vehicle who is a parent, child, sibling, grandchild or spouse of a paid professional firefighter or call firefighter or police officer or reserve police officer who has died in the line-of-duty, upon presentation of satisfactory evidence of such status as determined by the registrar, a distinctive license plate bearing a design approved by the Registrar.
