Section 8 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- An applicant for a license or renewal thereof may provide the registrar with a statement of such person’s blood type to be printed upon a REAL-ID-compliant license or a Massachusetts license. The registrar shall make provision for an applicant or licensee who so chooses to list such person’s blood type on the license.
