Section 15 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after the sixth paragraph, the following new paragraph: -- A Section 15 licensee and the Section 15 licensee’s employees shall complete a training program every three (3) years that includes all of the following: (1) Instruction on the statutes and rules that govern the off premises sale of beer, wine, ready to drink mixed alcoholic beverages, and intoxicating liquor in this state; (2) Instruction on preventing the illegal retail of beer, wine, ready to drink mixed alcoholic beverages, and intoxicating liquor to persons under twenty-one years of age; (3) Instruction on not selling beer, wine, ready to drink mixed alcoholic beverages, and intoxicating liquor to intoxicated individuals; and (4) Instruction on preventing second party sales of beer, wine, ready to drink mixed alcoholic beverages, and intoxicating liquor that may reasonably result in persons under twenty-one years of age securing alcoholic beverages.
