Chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, shall be amended by adding at the end a new section: - “Section 24: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, out of state educational entity with property use in Massachusetts shall meet with local land use authorities to negotiate a Payment In Lieu Of Tax (PILOT) settlement.”
