SECTION 1. Section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “hospital”, in line 283, the 3 following words:- "drinking water operators licensed by the Board of Certification of Drinking Water Supply Facilities pursuant to Chapter 112, Section 87CCCC”.
