Section 53 of Chapter 146 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended, in line 41, of subsection (c) by inserting after the word “section.” the following:- Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of public safety shall not promulgate any rules or regulations requiring more than two hours of classroom credit every four years for renewal of a hoisting license.
