Section 18 of Chapter 118 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the section, the following paragraph:- Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the commissioner of the department or the commissioner’s designee will promulgate rules and regulations for the purpose of meeting the work requirement for applicants seeking a master’s degree in, but not limited to, nursing and social work.
