Section 26 of chapter 121B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (p), the following subsection:- (q) Shall deny access to public housing facilities that are subsidized by the commonwealth for all persons who have been convicted of Level 2 or Level 3 sex offenses in the commonwealth
