SECTION 1. Section 30 of Chapter 30B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (g) the following subsection:- (h) The executive office shall conduct comprehensive criminal background checks on all program applicants, utilizing all relevant state and federal information systems, including the criminal offender record information system.
