SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 237 by striking the following words:- the seeds thereof; SECTION 2. Section 1 of Chapter 94C, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in lines 244 to 245 by striking out the words “or the sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination” and replacing therein with the following words:- the sterilized seed of the plant which is incapable of germination, or the seeds of the plant Cannabis sativa L. SECTION 3. Section 1 of Chapter 94G of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended in lines 80 to 81 by striking the following words:- the seeds thereof; SECTION 4. Section 1 of Chapter 94G, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in line 92 after the word “products” the following words:- or (iv) the seeds of any plant of the genus Cannabis. SECTION 5. Section 1 of Chapter 94I of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 45 by striking the following words:- “the seeds thereof;” SECTION 6. Section 1 of Chapter 94I, as so appearing, is hereby further amended in line 57 after the word “products” the following words:- or (iv) the seeds of any plant of the genus cannabis.
