Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 313 to amend terms; require the Kentucky Board of Dentistry to affiliate with all testing qualifying examinations for licensure; require the board to purchase liability insurance for board and staff against acts performed in good faith; permit the board to designate trust and agency account funds for scholarships or education loan repayment assistance; add the National Commission on Recognition of Dental Specialties and Certifying Boards for recognizing lice
