SB1752 Enrolled LRB104 06532 RPS 16568 b 1 AN ACT concerning public employee benefits. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 5. The Illinois Pension Code is amended by adding 5 Section 8-207.1 as follows: 6 (40 ILCS 5/8-207.1 new) 7 Sec. 8-207.1. To reproduce records. To have any records 8 kept by the board photographed, microfilmed, or digitally or 9 electronically reproduced in accordance with the Local Records 10 Act. The photographs, microfilm, and digital and electronic 11 reproductions shall be deemed original records and documents 12 for all purposes, including introduction in evidence before 13 all courts and administrative agencies. 14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 15 becoming law.
