SB1376 Enrolled LRB104 03574 LNS 13598 b 1 AN ACT concerning education. 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 3 represented in the General Assembly: 4 Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the 5 Historical Cost of Attendance Disclosure Act. 6 Section 5. Historical cost of attendance; disclosure. 7 (a) Each public or private college or university in this 8 State that offers baccalaureate degrees shall post its cost of 9 attendance on its website for each of the 10 academic years 10 immediately preceding the effective date of this Act and for 11 every academic year thereafter. 12 (b) The cost of attendance posted under subsection (a) 13 shall delineate which expenses are included in the Internal 14 Revenue Service's Form 1098-T and which expenses are not 15 included in Form 1098-T.
