NEW SECTION . 92.25 Employer liability. 1 Notwithstanding section 92.24, an employer who employs a 2 minor is strictly liable for any injury or death of the minor 3 that occurs in the course and scope of the minor employee’s 4 employment. 5 EXPLANATION 6 The inclusion of this explanation does not constitute agreement with 7 the explanation’s substance by the members of the general assembly. 8 This bill relates to civil liability for employers of minor 9 employees.
