This Act removes the Director of Autism Resources ("Autism Resources"), formerly the "Statewide Director of the Delaware Autism Program," as a member of the Interagency Autism Committee ("ICA"). Autism Resources falls under the Department of Education, and changing this member to a representative of the Department lends more flexibility in selecting a member to represent the Department.
