An act to amend Section 4000 of the Civil Code, relating to common interest developments. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST The Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act governs the management and operation of common interest developments. This bill would make a nonsubstantive change to the provision specifying the act’s title. The people of the State of California do enact as follows: SECTION 1. Section 4000 of the Civil Code is amended to read: 4000. This part shall be known and may be cited as the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act. In a provision of this part, the part may also be referred to as the act.
