An act to amend Section 1250.6 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to health facilities. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of health facilities by the State Department of Public Health. Existing law specifies that a requirement placed on, or in reference to, a corporation in the provisions regulating health facilities also applies to a limited liability company. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to this provision. The people of the State of California do enact as follows: SECTION 1. Section 1250.6 of the Health and Safety Code is amended to read: 1250.6. A requirement placed upon, or reference to, a corporation in this chapter also applies to a limited liability company.
