An act to amend Section 1 of the Financial Code, relating to financial institutions. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST Existing law, the Financial Code, provides for the licensure and regulation of various types of financial institutions. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to the provision that names that law. The people of the State of California do enact as follows: SECTION 1. Section 1 of the Financial Code is amended to read: 1. This act is known as, and may be cited as, the Financial Code.
