An act to amend Section 100 of the Business and Professions Code, relating to professions and vocations. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST Existing law establishes the Department of Consumer Affairs within the Business, Consumer Services, and Housing Agency. This bill would make nonsubstantive changes to those provisions. The people of the State of California do enact as follows: SECTION 1.
