An act to amend Section 30 of the Penal Code, relating to crimes. LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST Existing law classifies the parties to crimes as principals and accessories. This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to that provision. The people of the State of California do enact as follows: SECTION 1. Section 30 of the Penal Code is amended to read: 30. The parties to crimes are classified as follows: (a) Principals. (b) Accessories.
