(TEXT OF BILL BEGINS ON NEXT PAGE) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Title 6, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended by adding chapter 18, to read: chapter 18 arizona bullion depository START_STATUTE6-1801. Arizona bullion depository; state monies; bullion storage; state treasurer; rules A. This state, including a state agency, county, municipality and other governmental entity may use the Arizona bullion depository to store bullion. The state treasurer may deposit not more than ten percent of state monies in the Arizona bullion depository in the form of bullion and that the bullion deposit is considered part of this state's financial reserves. B. The department shall adopt rules to implement this section. END_STATUTE
