10 DISTRICT SHALL PROVIDE ELECTRONICALLY WITH RESPECT TO
11 ITS SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS; AND FOR OTHER
12 PURPOSES.

17 DISTRICT SHALL PROVIDE ELECTRONICALLY
18 WITH RESPECT TO ITS SCHOOL DISTRICT
19 BOARD OF DIRECTORS.

21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

23 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 6-11-129(a)(1), concerning the requirement
24 that school districts make certain information easily identifiable and
25 accessible, is amended to read as follows:
26 (a)(1) Each school district shall make the following information and
27 data easily identified on its website or the website of the school district's
28 education service cooperative, if the education service cooperative maintains
29 the school district's website:
30 (A) Current comprehensive financial data reports for
31 school districts, including:
32 (i) Local and state revenue sources;
33 (ii) Administrator and teacher salary and benefit
34 expenditure data;
35 (iii) School district balances, including legal
36 balances and building fund balances;

1 (iv) Minutes of regular, emergency, and special
2 meetings of the school district board of directors that shall be posted no
3 later than twenty-four (24) hours following the approval of the minutes at a
4 regular, emergency, or special meeting of the school district board of
5 directors;
6 (v) The school district budget for the ensuing year,
7 which shall be posted on the website within thirty (30) days following the
8 date required to be submitted to the Division of Elementary and Secondary
9 Education;
10 (vi) A financial breakdown of monthly expenses of
11 the school district;
12 (vii) Salary schedules for all employees, including
13 extended contract and supplementary pay amounts;
14 (viii) Current contract information with all school
15 district employees, except that Social Security numbers, telephone numbers,
16 personal addresses, or signatures shall not be published;
17 (ix) The annual budget of the school district; and
18 (x) The annual school district statistical report;
19 and
20 (xi) Agendas of regular meetings of the school
21 district board of directors that shall be posted no later than twenty-four
22 (24) hours before each regular meeting of the school district board of
23 directors;
24 (xii) Agendas of special or emergency meetings of
25 the school district board of directors that shall be posted no later than two
26 (2) hours before each special or emergency meeting of the school district
27 board of directors; and
28 (xiii) The names and email addresses of all members
29 of the school district board of directors, including the respective
30 positions, if zoned, and terms of office of the members of the school
31 district board of directors; and
32 (B) Each school district's personnel policies required
33 under � 6-17-201 et seq. and � 6-17-2301 et seq.
