18                       TO AMEND THE FREQUENCY OF PAYMENT OF A

19                       STIPEND FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE

20                       PUBLIC SCHOOL EMPLOYEE HEALTH BENEFIT

21                       ADVISORY COMMISSION AND THE STATE

22                       EMPLOYEE HEALTH BENEFIT ADVISORY

23                       COMMISSION.

25 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

27  SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 21-5-423(d), concerning the stipend for

28 appointed members of the Public School Employee Health Benefit Advisory

29 Commission, as amended by Acts 2025, No. 143, is amended to read as follows:

30  (d) Each appointed member who is not an active employee shall be paid

31 a stipend of one hundred dollars ($100) per month meeting plus mileage.

33  SECTION 2. Arkansas Code � 21-5-424(d), concerning the stipend for

34 appointed members of the State Employee Health Benefit Advisory Commission,

35 as amended by Acts 2025, No. 143, is amended to read as follows:

36  (d) Each appointed member who is not an active employee shall be paid
