20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

22 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 7-6-201(6)(D), concerning the definition of
23 a county political party committee and resulting from Initiated Act 1 of
24 1996, is amended to read as follows:
25 (D) Does not accept any contribution or cumulative
26 contributions in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000) ten thousand
27 dollars ($10,000) from any person in any calendar year; and
