19 DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.

21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

23 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 15-4-210(c), concerning the foreign
24 operations of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, is repealed.
25 (c) The commission shall report the progress of any foreign offices
26 annually to the Legislative Council, the Legislative Joint Auditing
27 Committee, and the Governor.
