19 INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE ARKANSAS
20 CRIME INFORMATION CENTER BY THE OFFICE
21 OF CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT OR CRIME
22 VICTIMS REPARATIONS BOARD.

24 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

26 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 12-12-211(b)(3)(A), concerning the release
27 of information by the Arkansas Crime Information Center to the Office of
28 Child Support Enforcement or to the Crime Reparations Board, is amended to
29 read as follows:
30 (3)(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to disclose
31 information obtained under this subsection except:
32 (i) For the purpose of performing the duties of the:
33 (a) Office of Child Support Enforcement of the
34 Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration; or
35 (b) Crime Victims Reparations Board; or
36 (ii) Upon court order; or

1 (iii) To a district court judge, circuit court
2 judge, Judge of the Court of Appeals, or Justice of the Supreme Court upon
3 request.
