10 ELECTION EXPENSES; TO ALLOW COMPENSATION FOR A
11 CERTIFIED ELECTION MONITOR AS AN ELECTION EXPENSE;

21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

23 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 7-4-123(a), concerning the use of funds
24 appropriated for election expenses, is amended to add an additional
25 subdivision to read as follows:
26 (8) Election monitoring, including without limitation the
27 compensation for certified election monitors of the State Board of Election
28 Commissioners.
