19 IN THE PRECEDING ELECTION IN CERTAIN
20 CIRCUMSTANCES.

22 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

24 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 7-4-121(a)(2)(A), concerning the duties of
25 the State Board of Election Commissioners during a post-election audit, is
26 amended to read as follows:
27 (A)(i) Except as otherwise provided in subdivision
28 (a)(2)(A)(ii) of this section, Select select by lot the counties, polling
29 sites, early voting locations, and vote centers to be audited.
30 (ii) If a county in the immediately preceding
31 preferential primary election or general election is found to have less than
32 one hundred percent (100%) accuracy in the State Board of Election
33 Commissioners audit, the county shall be chosen for audit in the subsequent
34 preferential primary election or general election;
