25 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

27 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 22-4-404(c), concerning the Arkansas Trails
28 Council, is amended to read as follows:
29 (c) The Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism's Tourism shall
30 designate a representative to serve on the council shall serve as the
31 council's executive secretary.
