15 TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING
16 ADMINISTRATION OF THE ARKANSAS PUBLIC
17 EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.

19 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

21 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 24-4-101(30), as amended by Acts 2025, No.
22 311, � 2, concerning the definition of "participating public employer" as it
23 applies to the Arkansas Public Employees' Retirement System, is amended to
24 add an additional subdivision read as follows:
25 (D) The Arkansas Development Finance Authority;

27 SECTION 2. Arkansas Code � 24-4-104(b), concerning the membership of
28 the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Public Employees' Retirement System, is
29 amended to add additional subdivisions to read as follows:
30 (5) The Secretary of the Department of Shared Administrative
31 Services; and
32 (6) The Bank Commissioner.
