12  PROVISIONS OF THE ARKANSAS CODE TO MODIFY THE

13  ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEMS DEVELOPED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF

14  EDUCATION FOR EDUCATION SERVICE COOPERATIVES, PUBLIC

15  SCHOOL DISTRICTS, AND OPEN-ENROLLMENT PUBLIC CHARTER

16  SCHOOLS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

25 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

27  SECTION 1. The purpose of this act is to amend the law concerning

28 education service cooperatives, public school districts, and open-enrollment

29 public charter schools.
