19 OPERATOR UNDER THE LAW CONCERNING

22 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

24 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 15-11-1002(4), as enacted by Acts 2025, No.
25 155, � 1, concerning the definition of "outdoor recreation operator" under
26 the law related to recreational tramways, is amended to read as follows:
27 (4)(A) "Outdoor recreation operator" means the owner or operator
28 of an outdoor recreation area, including an agency of the state or a
29 political subdivision of the state, or the employees, agents, officers, or
30 delegated representatives of the owner or operator of the outdoor recreation
31 area.
32 (B) "Outdoor recreation operator" does not include a
33 political subdivision of the state;

36 155, � 1, concerning the definition of "tramway operator" under the law

1 related to recreational tramways, is amended to read as follows:
2 (7)(A) "Tramway operator" means a person, including an agency of
3 the state or a political subdivision of the state, who owns or controls the
4 operation of a recreational tramway.
5 (B) "Tramway operator" does not include a political
6 subdivision of the state.
