9            AN ACT CONCERNING RECORDS AND PHOTOGRAPHS KEPT BY THE

10           STATE CRIME LABORATORY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

14                       CONCERNING RECORDS AND PHOTOGRAPHS KEPT

15                       BY THE STATE CRIME LABORATORY.

17 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

19  SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 12-12-312(a)(1)(A)(ii), concerning the

20 release of confidential and privileged records by the State Crime Laboratory

21 to certain persons, is amended to add an additional subdivision to read as

22 follows:

23                         (e) The Arkansas Drug Director.
