20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

22 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 3-5-1904(d)(2), concerning the prohibition
23 on advertising by a microbrewery-restaurant private club, is amended to read
24 as follows:
25 (2) The prohibition on advertising or promoting the consumption
26 and use of alcoholic beverages under subdivision (d)(1) of this section does
27 not apply to a:
28 (A) A microbrewery-restaurant private club advertisement
29 consisting solely of the name of the microbrewery-restaurant private club; or
30 (B) The use of social media, a website, or other
31 electronic means to provide information to a consumer regarding the
32 microbrewery-restaurant private club, including without limitation the
33 location, events, and menu.
