20 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

22 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code Title 15, Chapter 42, Subchapter 1, is
23 amended to add an additional section to read as follows:
24 15-42-131. License for foreign exchange students.
25 For purposes of the issuance of a hunting license or fishing license
26 under this subchapter, the Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission may
27 categorize a foreign exchange student in the same manner as a nonresident
28 college student.
