19 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

21 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 17-52-318(a), concerning the insurance
22 requirements for a home inspector, is amended to read as follows:
23 (a)(1) All home inspectors are A home inspector is required to carry
24 general liability insurance a professional liability insurance policy or an
25 errors and omissions insurance policy approved by the State Insurance
26 Department for the home inspections performed by the home inspector.
27 (2) Coverage limits shall be not less than one hundred thousand
28 dollars ($100,000).
