18 MOTOR VEHICLE RACING FACILITY PERMITS IN
19 CERTAIN LOCATIONS.

21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

23 SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 8-10-305(a), concerning the definition of
24 "motor vehicle racing facility" in certain rural locations, is amended to
25 read as follows:
26 (a) As used in this section, "motor vehicle racing facility" means any
27 facility designed and used for competitive racing by:
28 (1) Automobiles automobiles or trucks that are modified for
29 racing;
30 (2) All-terrain vehicles as defined in � 27-21-102 or all-
31 terrain vehicles that are modified for racing; or
32 (3) Motorcycles or motorcycles that are modified for racing.
