9   AN ACT CONCERNING THE PREVENTION OF HUMAN

10  TRAFFICKING; TO REQUIRE THE DISPLAY OF INFORMATION

11  ABOUT THE NATIONAL HUMAN TRAFFICKING HOTLINE; AND FOR

12  OTHER PURPOSES.

17                       TRAFFICKING; AND TO REQUIRE THE DISPLAY

18                       OF INFORMATION ABOUT THE NATIONAL HUMAN

19                       TRAFFICKING HOTLINE.

21 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

22

23  SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 12-19-102(a), concerning establishments

24 that are required to post information about the National Human Trafficking

25 Hotline, is amended to read as follows:

26  (a) The following establishments shall post in restrooms and in a

27 conspicuous place near the entrance of the establishment, or where posters

28 and notices of this type customarily are posted, a poster described in

29 subsection (b) of this section measuring at least eight and one-half inches

30 by eleven inches (8� x 11) in size:

31  (1) A hotel, motel, or other establishment that has been cited

32 as a public nuisance for prostitution under � 20-27-401;

33  (2) A strip club or other sexually oriented business;

34  (3) A private club that has a liquor permit for on-premises

35 consumption and does not hold itself out to be a food service establishment;

36  (4) An airport;

1             (5) A train station that serves passengers;

2             (6) A bus station;

3             (7) A privately owned and operated facility that provides food,

4 fuel, shower or other sanitary facilities, and overnight parking; and

5             (8) An abortion facility;

6             (8) A nail salon or massage business licensed by the Department

7 of Health.
