24 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

26  SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 26-36-303(1)(A), concerning the definition

27 of "claimant agency" applicable to setoffs against state tax refunds, is

28 amended to add additional subdivisions to read as follows:

29                           (xxvi) Arkansas Judicial Retirement System; and

30                           (xxvii) State Police Retirement System.

32  SECTION 2. Arkansas Code � 26-36-303(2)(H), concerning the definition

33 of "debt" applicable to setoffs against state tax refunds, is amended to read

34 as follows:

35                       (H) Any overpayment of a monthly benefit or lump sum from

36 a state retirement system administered by the Arkansas Public Employees'
