9              AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE INCIDENTAL

10             SALE OF GOAT MILK, SHEEP MILK, AND WHOLE MILK THAT

11             HAS NOT BEEN PASTEURIZED; TO CLARIFY THAT THE

12             INCIDENTAL SALE OF RAW MILK IS NOT LIMITED TO A SALE

13             ON THE FARM; AND OTHER PURPOSES.

17                       TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE

18                       INCIDENTAL SALE OF GOAT MILK, SHEEP

19                       MILK, AND WHOLE MILK THAT HAS NOT BEEN

20                       PASTEURIZED; AND TO CLARIFY THAT THE

21                       INCIDENTAL SALE OF RAW MILK IS NOT

22                       LIMITED TO A SALE ON THE FARM.

24 BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ARKANSAS:

26  SECTION 1. Arkansas Code � 20-59-248(b), concerning the incidental

27 sale or advertising of raw goat milk, raw sheep milk, and whole milk that has

28 not been pasteurized directly to consumers at the farm, is amended to read as

29 follows:

30  (b) This subchapter does not:

31             (1) Prohibit prohibit incidental sales of raw goat milk, raw

32 sheep milk, and whole milk that has not been pasteurized directly to

33 consumers:

34                       (A) At at the farm where the milk is produced;

35                       (B) At a farmer's market; or

36                       (C) Via delivery from the farm where the milk is produced;

1 or

2     (2) Preclude preclude the advertising of incidental sales of

3 goat milk, sheep milk, and whole milk that has not been pasteurized.
