The act amends Sections 32-6-231, 32-6-233.1, and 40-12-300, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) revise the prohibition of parking a motor vehicle in a public disabled parking spot without authorization to require the lawful holder of a disability access placard or plate to be in the vehicle; (2) provide that disabled windshield placards expire one week following the death of the disabled individual; and (3) require the executor of the estate of an individual who was issued a disability windshield pla
