What it does

This act amends Sections 22-15A-1 and 22-15A-3, Code of Alabama 1975, to: (1) rename the Alabama Clean Indoor Air Act as the Vivian Davis Figures and Barbara Drummond Clean Indoor Air Act; and (2) prohibit using electronic nicotine delivery systems in the same manner as the of smoking tobacco products is prohibited.
